THE ROOMS

All rooms feature first-class en-suite facilities and are equipped with flat screen TV, hairdryer and tea and coffee making facilities. Guests have access to free WiFi.

The rooms are individually decorated and have their own unique charm all centrally heated and double glazed.

THE BREAKFAST
Katie's breakfast has received rave reviews, guests can choose the traditional Full English Breakfast, eggs any style or avocado on toast. A variety of fresh fruit and juice is served on the side and toast, coffee and tea are unlimited.

Dietary requirements can be easily met and vegetarian and vegan options are on offer.

Breakfast is served in the dining room from 8-10am. If guests would like breakfast outside of these times please let Katie know and a breakfast basket can be arranged.
THE YARD
Guests can enjoy a number of beautifully decorated communal spaces and take respite in the well-designed landscaped garden featuring a number of seating areas and a summer house. On sunnier days breakfast can be served in the garden if guests would like.
